Any ideas on what to make in a muffin pan...?

-I have 2 muffin tins that I want to make something in, but I'm lost on idea's.



I know of a recipe for meatloaf in a muffin pan, but I'm thinking of something else.



Maybe mini biscuits or quiches?



Any idea's or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.So many ideas, insert egg roll wraps to make cups for fillings like meats or even fruits or freeze chicken, veggies, beef stocks for later use.Hi my first idea was the meatloaf. How about pies? How's a taco sound? Lasagna, scalloped potatoes, ravioli,cookie cups( chocolate and peanut butter) how about vegetables? Hope this gets your creative juices going!
