And your light breakfast and lunch aren't very nutritious, either. There's close to no protein in your diet and no healthy fats. Crackers and noodles are just sugar with an insignificant amount of protein. Your breakfast cereal is probably close to the same, with just a small amount of multivitamin mix added. Where the are the fruit and vegetables? Sources of protein? Healthy fats?
You must be pretty tired, as you do not have very much protein in your diet. You are not eating even 1000 calories a day.
Cearl and fruit for breakfast, fruit for a mid morning snack, a salad, light sandwich protein bar for lunch and a nice dinner with veggies and potato, (chicken, steak, salmon or even canned salmon or tuna)
No. If you're full it's probably just for now. A bowl of cereal, 5 crackers, and a half of a bowl of ramon noodles is not enough to eat for one day. Wait until you get hungry again, I know you will.
A light breakfast and a light lunch. You should be having dinner now though, quite a big dinner with lots of vegetables and healthy fats since you haven't ate much through out the day:)
thats more than i eat on schools days, but I'm weird and people are always yelling at me to eat more haha. Try adding some protein or fruit. =)

No. try an apple and a piece of toast or handful of almonds too. and you should be fine
you need to add some Pop Tarts so that you have all bases covered.
