Get my marijuana tolerance down?

-I've been smoking headies almost every day for 3 months (no lectures please lol) and I'm trying to bring my tolerance down (cuz as you could imagine, its pretty high up by now:\ ) So I was wondering how long I should stop for to make it have the same effects as it used to? Would 2-3 weeks of no smoking be good? Would switching to mids be good to? if I quit, is there any foods/drinks I should consume to clear out my system faster?I was smoking everyday constantly for over a year then I went and visited family and didn't take any bud with me so I was sober for a week and when I came back I smoked out of my buddy's bubbler and I got high as sh!t. It made me feel like a baby stoner again so I'd say wait at least three days and you'll feel high as hell the next time you smoke. And if you quit just go buy some niacin pills they'll clean you out fast and run then go to a smoke shop and buy some potpourri so you can still get high without it being in your system lol but it's bad for you so it's only a drastic time drastic measure type ordeal.
Yeah, my wise *** dealer now only sells Cali Medical grown @$400 an oz. The only good thing is that you only need a few molecules of the THC and you're buzzing.



That's the whole thing: don't smoke all day, instead make yourself sensitive to just a few molecules of THC and explore the buzz. You will discover that after a point, regardless of how much you smoke, you are going to reach and stay at a plateau, and that merely waiting, allows you to catch a buzz that enhances an existing buzz.



A bong hit registers with me. A second makes me high. The third one makes me stoned and the 4th one is unnecessary until later.
This will sound crazy but test it, just simply switch back to mids which will be gettin you bakeder again guarantee. Same process once your tolerance is built up with mids switch back to your dank.

What is a 'headie'? Or, what are "headies"? (I'm not familiar with that term, but I'll assume that it is some type hash or hash oil preparation).

Going to a lot of dispensaries gets a body used to smoking high grades like your OG Kushes, your Bubbas, Chemdawg genetics, indicas, full melt bubble hashes and derived products, etc. And this scenario can lead to thc saturation. When saturation state occurs it takes (theoretically) a higher dose of thc to stimulate a bodily (somatic) or a mental, positive, "up" response. There may be another alternative as to introduce another psychoactive thc isomere (or other desirable cannabinoids) that you have not previously been exposed to. Unless you are able to synthesize pure thc powder distillates yourself, then your optains are more in the range of hoping to find another strain (hybrid or 'pure land-race' stock) that has the right thc to match up with previously untapped receptor sites in the brain to unlock the bodies own version of that substance. What ever raw material your body uses to replenish the bodies own pharmacopia store. I'm preferrential to choline bitartrate, inositol and lecithin.

Try other psychedelics like peyote or 'shrooms' (psilocybin) for a while while you take your 'herb hiatus'. The synthetic psychedelics (lsd, mdma, etc.) are not recommended, because I just don't know the quality of manufacture that is put into today's product, so I can't in good consciousness recommend the use of today's market place of synthetic psychelics.



Its also probably best to abstain for a few weeks (or months!)

Eat more raw fruits and vegetables and juices (of organic, natural , non-gmo origin), lots more clean water.

Eat less of meats, eggs, highly spiced foods, dairy, and foods cooked over fifteen minutes of time, greasy foods, excessive bread eating. Avoid micro-waved food.

Consider a juice or water fast. More exercise. Colonic irrigation.

Also, consider this: 'if you cannot get 'high' now because of the presence of thc and cannabinoid interaction is deposited in the tissues and systems of your body is so great, then the other assumption to incur would that you are already "high' and do not know it or aware of it. In appreciation of it. You already are high, dude. No need to keep titrating (partaking, imbibing). You may just have wait until you fully come down, mentally and bodily.

Try abstaining for a month, because that is the commonly accepted (wrongly or not) urban lore for this type of thing ("you know it'll stay in your system for a month!") =0

After you, "clean out", then try alternating between mids and high grades. Or even switch between pure sativa strains and pure indica. Save the high concentrate stuff like the hash products for only for days off or weekend use. Or if you don't want to be that disciplined, then save the high contrate stuff for night time use (and don' make it an all night affair. Because, in theory. a little is supposed to go a long way. Don't get in the habit of saturating your body with high thc concentration products and edible products. Smoke less and make your sessions fewer and not as long lasting. One hit, 2 at the most, per session. smoke only once or twice a day (at night, or once at first light and the other session at first shadow (Also feel to indulge with more than 2 hits for the night sessions, no more than six!).
