It might not be rated as healthy food like vegetables or fruits and on the other hand not as bad as eating fattened meat. So yes it has cholesterol and you should go easy on it. It's all in your eating habits, so long us you regulate animal products then you should be fine.I love marrow!

Depending on how it's prepared, the marrow is supposed to be very healthy. In the body, that's where red blood cells are produced.
