A lion face made out of fruit?

-I would make the lion face like this picture:

I would use watermelon slice for the tongue,

black grapes for the black area around the tongue,

Raw coconut cut to shape for the teeth,

Overlapping pineapple rings for the face part,

Kiwi slices for the eyes,

Lots and lots of shredded mango for the mane.
