What does alcohol effect first in your body?

-Why you drink alcohol, what is the first thing it effects? Judgement, Brain, ect?I think it affects the brain the most. The alcohol goes into your stomach, enters your bloodstream and heads to your brain. The toxins start impairing your coordination, speech and judgement
